Our background

Our Yellow Practice is based at Walton Health Centre, Walton on Thames.
We are one of the four practices in the Health Centre.
We have 2 full time doctors, 1 Practice Manager, 3 part-time receptionists. For more details, please check Practice Team page.
We also have 2 part time nurses which we share with another practice in the Health Centre.

There are ample parking spaces in front of the Health Centre and also along Rodney Road.
There are also several parking slots for the disabled near the main and site entrances.
We have facilities and access for disabled patients.

The responsible Local Health Authority is Surrey Primary Care Trust.

Our principle

We aim to provide friendly but comprehensive primary health care to all patients on our list.
