	If you have angina, have you had your cholesterol checked in the last 12 months?

	Your cholesterol should also be checked at least once a year if you are diabetic!

	It is recommended that all people aged 45 and over should have blood pressure checked every year.

The out of hours service is provided by Thamesdoc.
These hours are from 6:30pm to 8:00am during weekdays and from 6:30pm Friday to 8:00am Monday (including Bank Holidays).

This is a confidential nurse-led advice service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Go to Walk in Centre in Weybridge Community Hospital

This is also run by trained nurses and you can have face to face consultation and advice with a nurse. You will be advised to see a doctor if necessary.
